Welcome to InvogenPRO. By accessing or using our service at invogenpro.pages.dev, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using InvogenPRO.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using InvogenPRO in any way, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), have read and understood these terms, and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
InvogenPRO is a web-based invoice generation platform that allows users to create, manage, preview, and export professional invoices as PDFs. The service includes a free tier and a paid Pro tier with additional features including premium invoice templates, advanced export options, and priority support.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Not share your login credentials with any third party
- Not create multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing free-tier limits
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use InvogenPRO to:
- Create fraudulent, misleading, or illegal invoices
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy any part of the platform
- Transmit any malicious code, spam, or harmful content
- Use the service for any purpose that could bring harm to InvogenPRO or its users
5. Subscription and Billing
InvogenPRO offers a Free plan at no cost and a Pro plan billed at $4.99/month. By subscribing to the Pro plan:
- You authorise recurring charges to your payment method via Stripe
- Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled
- You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law
6. Intellectual Property
All content, templates, code, design, and branding within InvogenPRO are the property of InvogenPRO and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain full ownership of the invoice data and content you create using the platform. You grant InvogenPRO a limited licence to store and process your data solely to provide the service.
7. Data and Privacy
Your use of InvogenPRO is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. We take data privacy seriously and do not sell your personal data to third parties.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
InvogenPRO is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost. We are not responsible for the accuracy of invoices you generate; you are solely responsible for verifying invoice content before sending to clients.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, InvogenPRO and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate these terms, without notice or liability. You may also delete your account at any time via the Settings page. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice within the app. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Zealand.
