3. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely in Google Firebase (Firestore), hosted on Google Cloud infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. We implement industry-standard security measures including:
- HTTPS/TLS for all data in transit
- Firebase Authentication for secure login and session management
- Firestore security rules restricting access to your own data only
- Stripe for payment processing (we never store your full card details)
While we take reasonable precautions, no system is completely secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your account.
4. Third-Party Services
InvogenPRO integrates with the following third-party services:
- Google Firebase — Authentication, Firestore database, and hosting infrastructure
- Stripe — Payment processing for Pro subscriptions
- Cloudflare Pages — Static site hosting and CDN delivery
- Google Fonts — Typography (Plus Jakarta Sans, DM Mono)
Each third-party service has its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them. We only share the minimum data necessary with these services to operate InvogenPRO.
5. Cookies and Tracking
InvogenPRO uses:
- Essential cookies — For authentication and session management (required to use the app)
- Analytics — Firebase Analytics collects anonymised usage data to help us understand how the service is used
We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal data, including:
- Access — Request a copy of the data we hold about you
- Correction — Update or correct inaccurate information via your Account Settings
- Deletion — Request deletion of your account and associated data

InvogenPRO is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with their information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it promptly.
9. International Users
InvogenPRO is operated from New Zealand. If you access the service from outside New Zealand, your data may be transferred to and processed in New Zealand or in the countries where our third-party providers (Google, Stripe, Cloudflare) operate. By using the service, you consent to this transfer.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notice. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was last revised.
